All registered guests must present the following at check-in:

• Government-issued photo ID; and

• Event RSVP confirmation (via mobile or printed). Name on all documents must match. 

To participate, please review the following:

• All registering participants must be 18 years or older.

• Guest under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

• Confirmations are non-transferable and have no cash value.

• Transferring, bartering, or exchanging of spots is prohibited.

• The photo experience or any element thereof is subject to availability, change and/or cancellation without notice.

• Space is very limited and reservations are required and will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Theme park admission is not included. Separate theme park admission ticket is required and must be valid for the same calendar day and to the same theme park as the photo experience. Parking is not included.

• You'll need to reserve your spot in advance and show a copy of your confirmation email to enter. 

• Please do not arrive before your scheduled reservation time. 

• We cannot guarantee late arrivals with a spot in line. Please allow ample time for parking, security clearance and check-in. A standby line will be available for missed or cancelled appointments on a first-come, first-served basis. Please see team members at the check-in location for more information regarding your reservation. 

• Reservations with invalid confirmations may be rejected and spots released.

• Reservations can be modified (date and time) or cancelled up to the selected reservation date. Once cancelled the spot will be released.

• When visiting Universal Orlando Resort, you are asked to follow guidelines from the CDC, health officials, and Universal Parks’ policies. Please Review Important Safety Guidelines at www.UniversalOrlando.com/Safety. All participants will need to wear a face covering during the photo experience. Exposure to COVID-19 is an inherent risk in any public location where people are present; we cannot guarantee you will not be exposed during your visit.

• My Universal Photos photo packages are available for purchase. Park guest does not have to purchase a photo package to participate.

• Additional restrictions may apply.
